Cabin 1 - 3 rental
$120 per night. Two nights minimum.
Weekly (7 nights): $720 (you get one of the nights free)
Cabin 1 Maximum occupancy is 5 people
Cabin 2 Maximum occupancy is 5 people
Cabin 3 Maximum occupancy is 4 people
Cabin 4 rental
$150 per night. Two nights minimum.
Weekly (7 nights): $900 (you get one of the nights free)
Maximum occupancy is 5 people
Cottage
$150 per night. Two nights minimum.
Weekly (7 nights): $900 (you get one of the nights free)
Maximum occupancy is 5 people.
The cabins and cottage rates shown above are for up to 4 people.
An additional person is $10 nightly for cabins 1, 2, 4, and cottage.
No charge for children under 2 years of age, but they count as one of the people.
Pets are $10 extra per night, per pet.
Two pets max per cabin seems reasonable.
Pets should be well behaved, non-vicious, house broken, no fleas, no excessive shedding.
Check out time is 11:00 A.M. Check in time is 2:00 P.M. or after.
Cancellation Policy
A credit or debit card is required to reserve cabins and cottage.
There is not a deposit nor pre-payment. Your card will be charged after you arrive.
If you would like to pay in cash, let us know when you make the reservation.
If your reservation is cancelled at least 10 days before the rental date,
your card will not be processed (no penalty).
Cancellations with 2 to 9 days notice will be charged one nights
rental price plus tax, unless we can find someone else to reserve.
"No Shows" and Cancellations with less than 2 days notice will be
charged for 100% of the reserved time, unless we can find someone else to reserve.
Early departures, i.e., parties not staying for all reserved days,
will be charged for the full reservation.
Camping Spot
$55.00 per night, for up to 4 people.
Pets are $10.00 per night, per pet. Well behaved, non-vicious pets only.
Maximum of 2 pets.
Canoe rental
Price includes shuttle service
$40 per day/canoe
Kayak rental
Price includes shuttle service
$35 per day/kayak

Wi-Fi
Cabins 3, 4, and the cottage do not have WiFi. Cabin 4 and the cottage can receive better mobile data signal than cabins 1-3.
Cabins 1 and 2 do not have a WiFi box inside the cabins, but can pick up the WiFi that comes from the backyard of the office (an outdoor router).
Usually people in cabins 1 and 2 can pick it up from within the cabin, but if not, you should be able to from the cabin porches.
People staying at cabin 3 would need to get closer to the office to pick up WiFi.
The satellite internet is shared with the people staying at the cabins 1-3 location.
The maximum speed is 25 Mbps when there is data available.
The daytime data allowance is 30 Gigabytes per month (resets on the 6th of the month), when that is used up it is throttled down to 1-3 Mbps, which is slow.
There is a nighttime 50 Gigabytes per month bonus data period between 2am and 8am.
Please limit usage to basic stuff like checking emails and light browsing.
There are a few restaurants, the library, and the welcome center by the Mount Ida town square that have free WiFi as well.
